Returns & Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer a 7 days Exchange and Return Policy. These 7 days are counted from product delivery date. If 7 days have passed please don't ask for Exchange or returns. Thank you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, socks, watches, Belts, Wallets or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your Returns/Exchanges directly to the Dreamtrends or Vendors. Please Place proper return request and then follow the return/exchange process.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged or if you have received a wrong product and we bare the shipping cost in this scenario.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, we will instruct the return process and all shipping charges will be your responsibility.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it can't be redeemed/refunded for a credit or any other item. Many Businesses wish to provide their services and offer it as free gifts at our portal. We only present that offer to you and do not take any responsibility for the Quality and usability of the product. As a customer you are solely responsible to avail or reject the offer at display.



To return your product, you should first intimate us by email, you will receive a confirmation with return instructions. Please DO NOT send your products directly to Dreamtrends/Manufacturer or other vendors.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don't provide reverse pickup (Home pickup of goods in case of returns.) In some case we do refund the shipping fee to the maximum of INR 300 per Shipment.


COD and shipping cost

If you opt for a refund for the order which was delivered via cash on delivery, we will deduct INR 300 as Cash on delivery fee from the refund amount. 

Exchange Cost: 

The shipping charges for sending the exchanges will be deducted from the refund amount, and you shall bear the expense for exchanging/returning the product.
